The new 10x multiplier is insane. Today's round lottery is now 200k+200k... that's fricking huge, considering what the highest incomes are now. (Below 5k+5k per tick.)

The lottery must not have a significant impact on events, and it doesn't need to have any impact, it's just a fun side game.

Change it back or tone it down.

Just my opinion.

now 210k each, and sure to rise when people realize its huge number tomorrow. I think that later in the round, 10x is a good number, but this early, T is right, it's a hugely defining factor.

Is there anyway you could make it multiply after each lotto?
Winnings = participants * x
x = lotto number

So first lotto would be x1
second x2
...
25th lotto x25


lol, nevermind, that is insane. It sounded good in my head, but maybe not now. I was thinking of a way to keep the lotto relevant later on in the game...


maybe instead of each lotto, every 10?
1-9 lottos = 1x
10-19 = 2x
20-29 = 3x

or something...  :D

we could allow the amount you risk to be bigger, and i'll see about doing a pie chart of % of total entered (which would equal the percentage chance of winning)

It should remain a pointless side game if you ask me. If you make it relevant it alters the game too much.

I dont like eldrads idea... That would just let the rich get richer, imo. (you are talking aboit like a raffle style, yes?)

i think x5 is good, maybe even x3. we shall have to see

Make the lottery winnings a pop bonus? :D
Buying rocks is expensive no matter where you are in the rankings, so it would be a good reward for everyone.

Why complain about the lottery? Before, it was something that wasn't important, because you could only get the total amount of how many people entered. And if you only had ten entries, it wouldn't be that much of a gain on the economical scale.

Now it is an official lottery, where you have the chance to get tons and tons of winnings, and you are complaining about it?

Yes, for the reasons you stated. You can take your official lottery from our strategy game and stick it up... a dedicated lottery server for lottery enthusiasts?

Eldrad, can you code a lottery server? Need only one button in the interface.

I agree for hunter for once..They should really try to have an rock lottery..like saw it cost one of each rock so yea you lose 5,000 pop each time.. you can put 1 of each in but have were two of each gets put on..so if 10 ppl enter thats 50,000 pop..that might be to much but ppl are loseing and again the pop so the same amount of pop stays in the game but just moves around...

idk about rock lottery, maybe .
but how about the resource lottery becomes more like an actual lottery. with still only 1 entry per day, pick 5 numbers out of 100, if someone gets all 5 they win it all..it keeps going until someone gets all 5. every day it adds up and up. Keep it at x5, we could get some pretty big jackpots. And then since its not won every day, it becomes more like an actual lottery, where all of a sudden,
The 17day lottery of 2,792,000 was won by "******".
Or possibly, the 2 day lottery of 186,000 was won by ******.  :/
