I'd like to see graphics and different combinations of fleet ship types to differentiate player disposition (good, neutral, and evil).

I would also like to see specific purpose fleet ships classified for recon, defense, attack, bomb, and asteroid and meteor stealing stealth battle cargo or bumb sattelite to home orbit ships to.

I love graphics and would love to see dynamic engage warp take off seans.

A local defense frid could add some logic chance to the game.

For selecting better, a smaller defense could use to its advantage the orbitals to add point winning stealth and fire position.

Animated graphics battle reports would add fun and quality to learning and playing the game as well.

I hope for all the mentioned beause I think the smaller server capacity could handle it.

If the staff has the skill and time, I would appreciate the up-grade improvements in more subscriber $'s.

If your looking to balance the production of ships, why not reduce the price of the more expensive ones so it is more balanced. something like, for everyone off +1 it costs 50 E (for lasers) and for every Def +1 it costs 50 M (for ship Hulls), and prices would have to be affected somehow with Off/Def Tech levels.

As it is right now it is more cost friendly to build 3 Hawks with OFF=6 then it is to build 1 Nemesis with OFF=18.

edit- I think also the amount of time it takes to build would have to factor into the price.

I really really like the idea of capital ships, and to make all the customization and determining easier, to create balance (I am not good at equations unless I work them out myself and take the time, so this is just a quick assessment)

For every point of defense, 50 maybe 75 M
For every point of offense, 50 maybe 75 E
You cannot upgrade or customize basic forms, such as the Hawks or the other craft, however, you can create your own ship, of sorts, to act as a capital ship. In terms of buying them, just give them the name "Capital Ship" and give the player the ability to rename it once he buys it. And any number of capital ships can be placed in a group. Obviously, making this setup would require alot of time and effort to code and implement, maybe introduce it as a special for the grand opening of a future round?

Also, capital ships, maybe one can designated a flagship?

And back to customization: the capital ship can be the only one to customize, or maybe the lower two or three tiers (like the ones you unlock at the current game's level 4 war?). And also implement that other system you mentioned earlier in the post... I talk too much I know, but I just really want the implementation of customizable flagships.

What about a ship called, "Frigate"?  Almost no attack, a decent defense, but it's main purpose is to take more during a plunder?  Just a thought.
