Edipus is up and ready to begin next friday. Cadmus finishes this coming sunday.

And you wouldn't necessarily have to build them evenly, you could just target someone who created a lot of the ships that were weaker against what you built a lot of.
Ok, the easiest way to accomplish my last post is to create a new ship that is designed specifically for capturing ships. So here's my proposal...The Raider Offense - 7 (same as scavenger)Defense - 8 (slightly higher than scavenger but because of the cost you should get more value)ETA - 10 ticks (a ship this cool shouldn't come easy)Cost - 450/650 or 650/450 (it shouldn't be cheap either)Tech level - 4Special ability - 1/10 chance of capturing one ship (random but it shouldn't go by the number of ships in the battle or it would almost always capture hawks) per tick.

i dont really see how new ships, and especially new capital ships can be implemented without new technologies across the board to even everything out, which would end up being a mess most likelyi would like to see all the technologies and abilities change, but i think some consistency would be good for this game
